Retirement Almshouses

The Charity own and manage 2 almshouse sites in Worcester, one at Berkeley Court, The Foregate (7 flats) and one at Nash’s & Wyatt's in New Street (25 flats). Each site has its own resident part-time warden who cover for each other. The flats have call alarms providing 24 hour cover. The flats are let on licence for which the residents pay accommodation charges.

These are popular peaceful havens, located in the heart of the city within walking distance of the city centre's shops and amenities. The accommodation comprises self contained 1 bedroom flats and studio flats and are mostly occupied by one person living alone, although couples can be considered for one of the flats with a separate bedroom.

There are currently no flats available.
